We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymisation enabled. This collects aggregate, anonymised information including:

• Approximate geographic region (country/city level)

• Referral source (how you found us)

We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information through analytics. Data is processed by Google LLC under their standard terms. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

If you use our contact form, we collect the information you voluntarily provide (name, email address, message). This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the minimum configurable retention in GA4). Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted.

We use HTTPS (TLS) for all traffic, enforce strict Content Security Policy headers, and apply HTTP security headers including HSTS, X-Content-Type-Options, and X-Frame-Options. No sensitive personal data is stored on our servers.
